Refund and Return Policy

1. No Return Policy

Awani Home does not accept returns of any products once an order has been delivered to the customer.

Due to the nature of our business, we deal exclusively in premium-quality and fragile products that are susceptible to scratches, surface marks, or other cosmetic damage once opened, handled, or used. Returned items cannot be resold or guaranteed to meet our quality standards. For this reason, all sales are deemed final upon delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are strictly limited to the following circumstances and are only applicable prior to order dispatch:

a) The order has not yet been dispatched
b) The customer requests a color or size change before dispatch
c) The ordered item becomes unavailable or out of stock after purchase

In the above cases, the customer may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• An exchange for an alternative available product of equal value

3. Dispatch and Shipping

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Awani Home ensures all products are packed using professional, protective packaging materials designed to prevent damage during transit. We take full responsibility for careful packaging and handling prior to dispatch.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment only.
Refund processing times may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to review product details, specifications, colors, and sizes carefully before confirming an order. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund and Return Policy.
